The last year has seen a veritable explosion in property related reports, guidance and legislation from local, central and European government.

- Reducing energy use.
There have also been major announcements on the funding of Scotland’s Infrastructure including health and Education, totalling £10.5 bn over three years.
This vital conference will be the focal point for all those involved in managing the public sector estate throughout Scotland.
It will focus on the key strategic and practical issues challenging all those responsible for meeting the stringent efficiency targets and the sustainability agenda.
