Public Service Partnership is pleased to announce the timing for the fourth annual Public Sector Property & Estates Conference. An established part of the property management year, the 2008 event will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre on February 5th.
Since this conference series started, the role of the property and estates manager has received increasing attention within all sectors of the public estate.
The Comprehensive Spending Review 2007 re-inforces the drive towards better property asset management, urging all public bodies to take a more strategic view. Additionally, Community Empowerment offers all property professionals an opportunity to become more involved in place shaping, regeneration and creating sustainable communities.
Nobody knows for certain what the 2008 Climate Change Bill will legislate but we all know that it will have a radical impact on the cost of operating government accommodation, so how to prepare?
Change is undoubtedly the only constant and the Public Sector Property & Estates Conference 2008 will offer an insight into how to deal efficiently and effectively with a broad range of issues currently on the property professional’s mind.
Private sector input will be crucial in ensuring that the agenda meets the requirements of delegates for best practice case studies, expert opinion and technical know how.
The day’s agenda has been compiled after consultation with a broad range of stakeholders from both public and private sector organizations and is designed to reflect their priorities.
